Move-Out Kit
Moving out can be hectic at times. Here are a few tips to help smooth out
the process.
- Call us to schedule a move-out appointment at 1-800-298-0256 and fill out the Notice of Intent to Vacate form below
- At the appointment, we will walk your unit with you and fill out an inspection
report
- One tenant, or more, needs to be present for the inspection report. Be
aware that the walk-through must be done after you have moved all of your
furniture out of the unit and before noon on the last day of the month
- Thoroughly clean your unit cupboards, kitchen, fridge,
bath, etc.
- Turn in your keys and/or garage door opener(s) and parking permits
- Disconnect your telephone and cable
- Cancel newspaper subscriptions
- Fill out a "Forwarding Address" form or change it through the
web at www.usps.com
